The Covington Place Homeowners Association Board of Directors has set the time and place for the 2018 election to the Board of Directors as follows:
Each residential address is allowed to cast ONE BALLOT for up to 5 names. Multiple ballots received for any one address will be rejected. We are replacing 5 current board members who have completed their term. We have 5 candidates running for these 5 positions.
You may cast your ballot in one of these ways.
The first option is as follows: In person drop-by voting
Date: Tuesday, February 13, 2018
Place: Covington Place Poolside Clubhouse
Time: 2:30 pm – 4:30 pm
Ballots will be available for you to use.
The second option is as follows: In person voting
Date: Tuesday, February 13, 2018
Place: Ashton Hills Golf Course Clubhouse
Time: 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Ballots will be available for you to use.
The third option is as follows: Electronic Voting
Electronic ballots may be cast electronically beginning now until Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 5:30 pm by emailing your vote to cphoa2018election@gmail.com.
If you vote electronically, you must include the following information: Your name, your street address, and up to 5 names for your vote.
– Votes cast after 5:30pm will not be counted.
– Votes cast for more than 5 candidates will not be counted.
The fourth option is as follows: U.S. Mail
Paper ballots can be cast beginning now and must arrive before Tuesday, February 13, 2018 by mailing your ballot as follows: Pat Showalter, 7141 Crestview Dr, Covington 30014.
The 2018 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday February 13, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the “Village Grill” @ Ashton Hills Golf Course Clubhouse. A “Meet & Greet” with light appetizers will begin at 6:00 pm.
